Certification FAQ
Common questions about our manufacturer certifications and what they mean for you.
What manufacturer certifications do you hold?
We're certified by GAF (Master Elite - top 2% of roofers), Owens Corning (Preferred Contractor), CertainTeed (SELECT ShingleMaster), Carlisle, Firestone, and Johns Manville. These certifications require ongoing training and quality standards.
Why do certifications matter for my roof?
Manufacturer certifications mean we've been trained and approved to install their products correctly. This unlocks enhanced warranty options—often 25-50 years—that aren't available with non-certified installers.
Do your certifications affect my warranty?
Yes! As certified installers, we can offer manufacturer-backed extended warranties that cover both materials and workmanship. Non-certified contractors typically only offer limited material warranties.
What areas do you serve with certified installations?
We provide certified installations throughout Chicagoland including Tinley Park, Orland Park, Frankfort, Oak Lawn, Mokena, Homer Glen, and all surrounding areas in Cook County and Will County.
